No. Each app works on its own. Surveys is for understanding your customers; Contests is for growing your list and audience. Merchants who run both feed contest signups into surveys, but there's no bundle requirement.
Yes. Each app is its own Shopify App Store install with its own plan, billed through Shopify. Uninstalling one never affects the other.
Yes. Every paid Surveys plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to get started. The Contests Pro plan is billed through Shopify and can be cancelled anytime.
A survey response is counted each time a customer submits answers to your survey. Partial responses that are abandoned are not counted.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
